Simply Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe - My good friends Jessica and Dan introduced me to cooking Brussels sprouts this way, and I haven’t looked back since! Perfectly seasoned and roasted golden brown, these Brussels are super-easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Simply Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mick’s Spicy Aioli, for serving (optional)

How to Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts and melted coconut oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Pour the oiled Brussels sprouts onto the lined baking sheet in a single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until lightly golden in color. Serve with spicy aioli, if desired.
