Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars Recipe - I used to steal all the peanut butter cups from my kids’ Halloween haul. They both knew better than to eat them without sharing them with me. Ingredients for Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars:

  • ¾ cup superfine blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup creamy no-sugar-added peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup Swerve confectioners’ sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Press into the bottom of a 6-inch square baking pan.
  2. Place the chocolate chips in a little microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. If all the chips aren’t completely melted, microwave in 10-second increments, stirring after each. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for one to two hours, until firm. Cut into bars.
