Ingredients for Nut and Seed Bread:

  • Keto cooking spray
  • ½ cup flaxseeds
  • ½ cup unsalted raw pistachios
  • ½ cup unsalted raw almonds
  • ½ cup unsalted raw walnuts
  • ½ cup unsalted raw cashews
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil, plus additional for greasing the pan
  • ½ teaspoon salt

How to Make Nut and Seed Bread:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flaxseeds, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, cashews, sesame seeds, eggs, oil, and salt. Stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool the bread in the pan on a wire rack for ten minutes. Turn the bread out of the pan and let it cool completely on the wire rack before slicing.
