Keto Easy Milk Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients Best Milk Chocolate Truffles:

  • Keto cooking spray
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

How to Make Easy Milk Chocolate Truffles:

  1. Spray a 12-cavity truffle mold (with a capacity of about 1 teaspoon per cavity) with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a 2-cup heatproof measuring cup with a lip, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and cream. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. If the ingredients are not well blended, microwave in 10-second increments, stirring after each one. Do not overcook.
  3. Pour the mixture into the truffle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes. Unmold the truffles onto a plate, then chill for 1 hour, or until set.
  4. Store the truffles in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
