Best Keto Maple Nut Blondies Recipe

Ingredients for Maple Nut Blondies:

  • Keto cooking spray
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 cup superfine blanched almond flour
  • ¼ cup superfine coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts

How to Make Maple Nut Blondies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, extending the foil by 2 inches over the edges of the pan on all sides. Coat with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter and sweetener and whisk until well blended. Add the eggs and maple extract and whisk until well blended. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder and stir until well combined. Stir in the walnuts.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out clean.
  4. Cool in the pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up. Using the overhanging foil as handles, remove the blondies from the pan. Cut into 8 squares.
