  • 1 (0.3-ounce) package sugar-free lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • Thin strips of lime zest, for garnish

How to Make Key Lime Cheesecake no Bake:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin and water. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved. (You may need to reheat the mixture in the microwave in 10-second increments to help the gelatin dissolve.)
