Easy Keto Brownies with Almond Flour Recipe

Ingredients for Keto Brownies Recipe:

  • ¾ cup blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips (see note)
  • Confectioners’-style Swerve sweetener, for dusting (optional)

How to Keto Brownies Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray an 8-inch sq. baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk to blend.
  3. Add the cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for thirty five to forty minutes, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool.
  5. Dust with sweetener, if desired, then cut into 2-inch squares.

Note: I use Lily’s baking chips.
