  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup TruvĂ­a granulated sweetener
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Pudding from Scratch:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 3-inch-high, 6-inch round baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
