  • ¼ cup superfine coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon Swerve granulated sweetener

How to Make Homemade Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. For the cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 6 standard muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweetener and butter and stir until well combined. Add the eggs, cream, and extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high until light and frothy.
