  • 2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Keto Whipped Cream, for topping (optional)

How to Make Chocolate Avocado Pudding:

  1. Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a hand mixer until smooth. Place in the refrigerator to chill for half-hour.
  2. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream, if desired.
