Ingredients for Lox and Cream Cheese Keto Recipe:

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 3 ½ ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 3 ounces wild lox, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
  • Capers, for garnish (optional)

Directions for Lox and Cream Cheese Keto Recipe:

  1. Peel and slice the cucumber into ¼- to ⅜-inch-thick rounds.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each cucumber slice. Top each slice with a bite-sized piece of lox. Insert a toothpick down the center to hold the sliders together.
