  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 (5-ounce) bag fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 3 tablespoons pesto, homemade or store-bought
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

How to Make Keto Creamy Pesto Chicken with Pasta:

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, tossing as needed, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.
