Ingredients for Homemade Crispy Fried Pickles Keto:

  • Avocado oil or coconut oil, for frying
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons golden flaxseed meal
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 dill pickle rounds

How to make Homemade Crispy Fried Pickles Keto:

  1. Heat ¼ inch of oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the pickle slices on a paper towel and cover with another paper towel to dry the tops.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the mayonnaise and then into the Parmesan and flaxseed “breading,” making sure to coat the slices evenly.
  5. When the temperature of the oil reaches 400°F, gently place the breaded pickles in the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Place the fried pickles on a paper towel– lined plate to absorb the excess oil before serving.

Note: Pairs well with ranch dressing or Mick’s Spicy Aioli.
