Ingredients For Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Sauce:

  • 1 to 1¼ pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
  • Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Sauce:

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a giant mixing bowl, toss the wings with the avocado oil, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the wings till the internal temperature reaches 165°F (20 to twenty five minutes, depending on your grill).
  4. Meanwhile, make the wing sauce: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to taste.
