  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white mushrooms, halved
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ⅓ cup chopped green bell peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces rare roast beef slices
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Bunless Philly Cheesesteak Keto:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and garlic powder and cook until the veggies are soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the roast beef into 1-inch squares.
  3. Add the roast beef to the saucepan and toss with the vegetables for 1 minute, until heated through.
